“Don't let anyone rob you of your imagination, your creativity, or your curiosity. It's your place in the world; it's your life. Go on and do all you can with it, and make it the life you want to live.”

From the beginning |
Where we are now |
The idea for our club was first conceived at a lunchtime meetup of women machinists who realized we wanted to share our sense of community with our peers. We reached out to classmates in Spring 2020, and the positive feedback we received was overwhelming. Thanks to the efforts of our phenomenal Board members, we officially were approved as a campus club in August 2020!

Our organization is expanding daily! We have more than 60 people in our Slack workspace, and more than 90 on our listserv. We have divided our club leadership into five teams: Education, Publicity, Outreach, Finance, and Historian. Members can join one or more teams to get more involved. These teams are an opportunity to learn, make connections, and position yourself as a great candidate for the Board for the following year!
